HireArt is helping our client find a Recruiting Coordinator to help create an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the growth of the team during a critical stage of scaling.In this role you'll play a key role in supporting the recruiting process from scheduling interviews to ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, workplace and office administration, and leadership to coordinate interviews, manage recruiting operations, and help keep hiring processes running efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is excited about helping build teams in the robotics and advanced technology space.As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones.Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics and hiring timelines.Maintain accurate candidate records and data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Assist with drafting offer letters, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment processes.Support recruiting events, career fairs, university outreach, and onsite interview coordination.Help improve recruiting operations, processes, and documentation as the company scales.Coordinate travel arrangements and onsite interview experiences when needed.Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting and pipeline management.Collaborate cross-functionally across Operations teams to support hiring initiatives.
