You’ll guide robots through real-world tasks while generating high-quality training data for advanced AI systems.In this role, you’ll work at computer workstations throughout full 8-hour shifts, using a mouse and keyboard to pilot robotic arms with precision, directly controlling their movements in real time. This is not traditional warehouse or manual labor work, nor does it require robotics programming. Instead, it focuses on operating robotic systems through structured tasks in a controlled environment where consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.This role may be a good fit for college students balancing classes, working professionals building technical skills, or anyone interested in gaining experience in the technology industry.As a Robotics Field Pilot, you'll:Operate stationary and mobile robotic arms using computer interfaces (point-and-click and drag-and-drop controls), guiding robot movements in real time.Follow step-by-step procedures to complete assigned tasks with precision.Maintain established quality standards throughout all data collection activities.Perform repetitive operational tasks consistently and accurately throughout each shift.Document results and log data in internal tracking systems.Perform basic to moderate robot repairs as needed to maintain operational readiness.Communicate task progress and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
Salary : $25 - $28
