What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support to agents, ensuring they have everything they need to serve clients effectively.
Manage client records with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
Handle client communications, including collecting information and following up on inquiries.
Help review client policies in person and on the phone.
Assist with marketing efforts, such as organizing outreach and coordinating campaigns.
Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
Recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to obtain an insurance license (we’ll guide you through the process).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
