Commercial Dump Truck Operator
This position is a full time position, on a contract, 1099 basis, The hourly pay is $25.00 to $26.75 depending on skill, eagerness and ability to start. Class B and Class A REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
You must operate, maintain, and care for a commercial dump truck, used to haul dirt, asphalt, rock, and sand. You will receive a dispatch daily and will be required to, in a timely manner, complete your daily load schedule.
You must plan, schedule and maintain your hours of service. You must make sure to meet schedules and or load targets for that day.
Every shift starts from the Yard which is located in Fairburn, GA. You will perform, daily truck inspections, making sure that the truck is road worthy and capable of completing that days task.
You will get your daily task, origin, and destination and you must complete your loads and turn in your paperwork at the end of the day.
Qualifications
You must have a valid and accident free (2 year) commercial drivers license. Class A, and B work for this position.
Must have basic truck operation skills like reversing, loading, and unloading.
Must have basic commercial truck driver skills.
Must be a timely person.
Equipment
You will be driving MACK, International, or Sterling, dump trucks.
