NOW HIRING – LANDSCAPE, HARDSCAPE & OUTDOOR CONSTRUCTION LABORER
A&F Lawn & Outdoor Living is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing team.
We perform a wide variety of outdoor work, including lawn maintenance, landscaping, hardscaping, swimming pool installation, and outdoor construction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to gain experience in multiple trades.
Position: Full-Time Laborer
Pay: Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Start Time: 7:00 AM
Work May Include:
• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and property maintenance
• Mulch, planting, grading, and landscape installation
• Paver patios, walkways, driveways, steps, and retaining walls
• Swimming pool installation and related site work
• Excavation, grading, drainage, and site preparation
• General outdoor construction
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Jobsite cleanup and assisting crew leaders as needed
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Must be available for a 7:00 AM start
• Must be comfortable performing physical work outdoors
• Must be available Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays
• Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Previous landscaping, hardscaping, pool, excavation, or construction experience is a plus
We are looking for someone who is willing to work, learn, and grow with the company. The right person will have the opportunity to gain experience in several areas of the outdoor construction industry.
