- Proficiency in patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, and performing basic medical procedures
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation, compliance with applicable regulations, and maintaining accurate patient records
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Adaptability to manage fast-paced environments and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of California
- CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting (preferred)
