Responsibilities

• Generate and manage residential and commercial roofing leads
• Conduct roof inspections and property assessments
• Present estimates and proposals to customers
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with production to ensure smooth project execution
• Track pipeline and follow up consistently
  
  

✅ Qualifications

• Roofing or construction sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working at heights and inspecting roofs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
