The Vice President of Administration will oversee strategic leadership for Human Resources, Administration & Office Services, Safety, and Quality Assurance. The role is measured on outcomes, not activity. The Vice President of Administration serves as the company’s principal architect of people systems, compliance discipline, leadership standards, and internal operating cadence, acting as the final authority on policies, standards, performance management frameworks, and disciplinary structures.
Responsibilities:
Organizational Effectiveness & Human Resources Leadership
- Design and enforce enterprise-wide performance management and accountability systems
- Lead workforce planning across a hybrid, multi-state organization
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with special emphasis on Service Contract Act (SCA) obligations
- Modernize compensation, incentive, and benefits programs to support attraction, retention, and performance
- Drive employee engagement through clear expectations, leadership consistency, and cultural standards
- Elevate HR from a transactional function to a business-enabling discipline
Administration & Office Services
- Establish disciplined, cost-effective administrative and facilities operations
- Standardize policies, procedures, and service delivery expectations
- Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and office infrastructure
Safety & Quality Assurance
- Own the enterprise safety framework and regulatory compliance posture
- Partner with operational leadership to reduce incidents and strengthen accountability
- Define and oversee Quality Assurance as a formal discipline, including service quality, claims trends, corrective action, and continuous improvement
Enterprise Change Leadership
- Lead transformation of legacy processes, behaviors, and expectations where required
- Install reporting cadence, operating rhythm, and performance transparency
- Serve as a stabilizing executive presence during periods of operational or regulatory pressure
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage budgets for all assigned functions
- Allocate resources effectively while maintaining strong cost discipline
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
- 10 years of leadership experience in service or logistics industries, preferably with government or GSA Contract experience
- Knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA)
- Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise functions, including HR, safety, quality, and administrative operations
- Experience implementing organizational metrics and workforce analytics
- Strong leadership and change management skills with the capacity to influence across departments
Salary : $140,000 - $190,000
