Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Sales role based in Merrimack, NH. The Sales team member will assist customers on the sales floor, listen to their needs, and present appropriate jewelry options while providing accurate product information and guidance. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, handling sales transactions, maintaining product displays and store cleanliness, and supporting inventory checks. The role also involves learning product details, following store policies and procedures, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales roles; ability to engage customers professionally and build rapport.
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with a polite, clear, and service-oriented approach.
- Comfort with handling cash and card transactions, using point-of-sale systems, and following basic record-keeping procedures.
