We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to take ownership of the field operations on some of our most exciting projects.

Position Overview
The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and extensive field experience in commercial and residential construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from start to completion
- Collaborate with the preconstruction team to develop and finalize project schedules
- Manage and update three-week look-ahead schedules
- Coordinate daily construction operations with subcontractors, architects, and consultants
- Maintain daily and weekly construction activity logs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Supervise job sites to ensure productivity, quality, and safety compliance
- Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions
- Manage on-site resources and maintain accurate project records
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
- Communicate directly with the project executive team via email and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of construction management experience, preferably in commercial, retail, or multifamily projects
- Strong scheduling experience, including building, sequencing, updating, and finalizing schedules (MS Project, Builders Trend, or similar)
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Builders Trend
- Solid working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with LEED certification and sustainable building practices is a plus
