What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanic- Farm/Ranch, Lake Placid FL position at A. Duda & Sons Inc.?
The Mechanic will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our equipment fleet, including but not limited to tractors and other farming equipment. Typical work hours are Monday-Friday 7 am to 5 pm with some opportunities for additional hours/weekends. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.

The Company traces its roots back to 1909 when Andrew Duda immigrated to America from the Slovak region of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. In 1926, Andrew and his three sons harvested their first successful crop of celery and established A. Duda & Sons. The Company formally incorporated in 1953.

Job Description:
- Gas Motor Experience
- Diesel Motor Experience
- Welding Experience a plus!
- Day Shift
- Basic Hand Tools Required-must have own tools
- Valid driver's license
