Position: Clinic Administrator

Overview:
a·dore aesthetics & medspa is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Clinic
Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our medspa. This individual will serve as the central
point of coordination for our front desk team, providers, and owners—ensuring a smooth,
professional, and welcoming environment for both staff and patients. This role is ideal for someone
who enjoys leadership, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about aesthetics and
wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations.
- Act as a liaison between staff & ownership.
- Assist owners with data analysis and financial oversight.
- Monitor & manage inventory systems & supply ordering.
- Coordinate staff meetings, trainings, and vendor visits.
- Ensure compliance with office procedures.
- Assist with planning & coordination of events and promotions.
