Part-Time Pre-K 3 Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves working closely with preschool-aged children to support their growth, development, and learning through engaging activities and individualized attention.

Duties

• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with special educational requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Skills

• Experience working with preschool students is essential.
• Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education.
• Familiarity with early intervention strategies and standardized testing for young children is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
• Ability to implement effective classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior among students.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
