Key Responsibilities
- Attend business networking events, social gatherings, and community meetings to promote our services
- Meet and greet potential referral sources and build strong professional relationships
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to services
- Support the Field Manager with daily office operations
- Maintain and manage client and office files (both electronic and paper) accurately and confidentially
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative tasks
- Represent Day After Day Home Care Agency in a professional and positive manner at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with networking and public interaction
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Basic computer skills (email, document management, scheduling)
