We are looking for a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Noblesville, Indiana.
Position OverviewThe CNA will provide hands-on support to clients in their home environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, respectful, attentive, and comfortable supporting individuals with their daily routines and personal care needs.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance as appropriate
- Assist with meal preparation and daily routines
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Support clients with maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Provide assistance with everyday activities and errands as assigned
- Observe and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain respectful, professional communication with clients, families, and the care team
- Follow the agency's care plans, policies, and safety procedures
- Current CNA certification
- Previous experience providing personal care or home-care support preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual
- Ability to work respectfully with older adults and individuals who need additional support
- Ability to work independently while following care instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet applicable employment and background-check requirements
- Starting pay of $19/hour
