We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include assisting with hygiene needs and communicating with the Transitional Coordinator. We are seeking dedicated and realiable Caregivers to join our team. Caregivers provide essential non-medical support to clients, helping them maintain independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with grooming, dressing, and personal care (non-medical).
- Support clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Assist with mobility, safety supervision, and daily routines.
- Run errands and provide transportation (if permitted).
- Maintain clear communication with the office and follow care plans.
- Document daily activities and client updates.
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving preferred but not required-we provide training.
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and patient.
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check per Ohio state requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
- Ability to lift heaving objects
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Must have good verbal and written communication
- Evidence of maturity and great work ethic.
