Overall Responsibilities:
The Loan Closing Coordinator is the final architect of the lending process. You are the person who turns a pack of documents into a home. This is a high-visibility role requiring a unique blend of mathematical logic, regulatory expertise, and the interpersonal agility to navigate a fast-paced closing schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between brokers, borrowers, and external title companies to ensure a seamless disbursement of funds.

Meticulously review and verify loan documents for 100% accuracy, ensuring full adherence to TRID, RESPA, and State/Federal regulations.

Execute manual calculations for seller credits and final settlement statements with precision.

Identify and resolve document discrepancies proactively to prevent delays in property ownership transfer.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- No previous experience is required; we will train you from scratch. However, having experience in retail, customer support or call center roles is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Notary license is highly regarded but not required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills & Competencies:
- Capability of working under stress and within the fine-tuned parameters pertaining to the mortgage industry.
- Willingness to firmly negotiate on behalf of the company, be it with a client, business partner or a third-party vendor.
- Being perceptive to mistakes, discrepancies and the smallest of inconsistencies while working with sensitive data and private contracts.
