Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for an Account Executive to join our team and revolutionize the way we connect with brokers.
No experience? No Problem! The training is on us!
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Building: Proactively reach out to mortgage brokers through cold calling and personalized communication to introduce them to our platform.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting partnerships with brokers by understanding their needs and providing them with the support they need to succeed.
- Maintain Your Pipeline: Keep our CRM updated with your progress and all communication with partners to ensure a seamless process.

Working Conditions
- This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, comfortable environment at our office in Troy, Michigan.
- Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Recent graduate (preferred) or 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Associate's degree (required)
