We’re looking for a reliable Boom Lift Operator to assist with dryer vent cleaning at a multi-family apartment community. This role involves safely operating a boom lift to access exterior dryer vents, supporting the maintenance team, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Operate a boom lift to reach exterior dryer vents on multi-story buildings
- Assist with cleaning and clearing dryer vents using provided equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and property guidelines
- Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues
- Coordinate with on-site maintenance staff for access and scheduling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all completed work meets quality and safety standards
- Prior experience operating a boom lift (certification strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with basic maintenance or cleaning tasks
- Ability to work safely at heights
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Experience working on multi-family or commercial properties is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
