Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to achieve a pristine appearance
- Use buffing and polishing tools to enhance vehicle paintwork and restore shine
- Apply window tinting films accurately and efficiently when required by customer requests or service packages
- Conduct routine car washes using professional equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with basic custodial tasks around the facility to support overall cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Drive vehicles safely within the lot for movement or positioning during detailing processes
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or automotive detailing is preferred.
- Experience with car wash procedures and buffing work is highly desirable
- Ability to operate detailing equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles as needed
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer interactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform manual tasks efficiently
