What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service/Maintenance Technician position at A.D. Bos Vending Services?
Join Our Team and be part of West Michigan’s leading vending, coffee, and micro-market company! We offer a flexible day shift schedule, no holidays and overtime as needed.
In this position you will diagnose, inspect, repair and service equipment to company and customer standards. A typical day may include 8-10 service calls for various reasons. The calls are received by email and may be directed by the supervisor or taken by the nearest Service Technician.
Schedule is Monday - Friday approximately 45 hours per week. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate plus a complete package of benefits including health insurance, 401k match and flexible vacation days.
Requirements:
1. Experience in general maintenance.
2. Ability to use logical problem-solving techniques.
3. Good interpersonal communication skills. Must present and work well in a public setting.
4. Must be organized and detail-oriented in order to manage a to-do list without being micromanaged.
5. Valid driver’s license, chauffeurs’ endorsement and good driving record.
6. Ability to perform physical work, exerting up to 50-100 lbs. Performs activities such as climbing, balancing, lifting overhead, reaching, crouching and repetitive tasks.
7. High school diploma or equivalent
