What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Tree Worker/Groundsman position at A Cut Above Tree & Landscape?
Job Summary
A Cut Above is now hiring full-time groundsmen. Must have reliable transportation to lot in Oviedo. Normal hours are Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm. Pay is based off experience.
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Collecting debris and clean up from tree trimming and removal operations.
- Assist tree climbers by hoisting tools and equipment to them.
- Safely operate chipping equipment.
- Serve as backup tree climber when trained to do so.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with a tree crew is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for operating company vehicles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.41 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
