About the Role

A Couple of Gurus is seeking an Account Manager who excels at building trusted long‑term client relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver technology solutions that truly make a difference.

This role is ideal for someone with strengths aligned to the ISC DISC profile

You’ll serve as the primary advocate for your clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in their IT strategy.



What You’ll Do

🔹 Build & grow client relationships

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Lead consultative technology conversations and uncover business needs
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen partnerships

🔹 Drive sales with a service‑first mindset

  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery → proposal → solution delivery
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Represent the company in client meetings, reviews, and events

🔹 Maintain accurate processes & reporting

  • Document activities and opportunities in ConnectWise
  • Prepare updates for weekly sales and forecasting meetings
  • Follow established workflows with consistency and precision

Qualifications

🔸 2 years of outside sales experience in IT/MSP preferred

🔸 Strong consultative selling skills

🔸 Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA/CRM

🔸 Ability to explain tech in business‑friendly terms

🔸 Valid driver’s license for client visits
