Floral Inventory and Warehouse Associate

A Country Rose Florist in Tallahassee is seeking a full-time dependable, organized, hardworking team member to join our flower shop family.

Job Responsibilities:
- Unpack and organize incoming flower deliveries
- Process fresh flowers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, coolers, and warehouse
- Rotate inventory and keep supplies stocked
- Assist floral designers with preparing flowers and materials for the day
- Help with general warehouse organization and inventory management
- Assisting with deliveries, as needed

We are looking for someone who is:
- Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented
- Enjoys physical work and staying active throughout the day, must be able to lift 40lbs
- Takes pride in a clean workspace
- Works well independently and with a team
- Has positive attitude and willing to learn
- Florida driver's License and clean driving record

Floral experience a plus but not required. This is a VERY physical job. Must be able to bend, stoop, use stairs, & lift heavy buckets and boxes.

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Monday through Friday), Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
