We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant to support a client-facing HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation initiative. This role will lead stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and process documentation while providing best-practice guidance aligned to ServiceNow HRSD capabilities. The consultant will partner closely with project leadership, architects, and client stakeholders to help shape scalable HR service management solutions.
Requirements:
ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
10 years of Business Process Consulting experience.
Requirements gathering for enterprise ServiceNow implementations
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client-facing discovery sessions for ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
Create user stories, process flows, gap analyses, and functional documentation
Facilitate workshops, platform demonstrations, and stakeholder alignment sessions
Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Technical Consultants throughout delivery
Support testing activities, solution validation, and enhancement recommendations for existing ServiceNow environments.
