Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop problem-solving skills by managing daily operational challenges and optimizing store processes.
- Work closely with experienced team members to build leadership abilities and prepare for future management responsibilities.
- Assist with team supervision, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Compensation
Store Managers earn a total compensation range of $50,000$70,000, which includes a weekly salary and the opportunity to earn up to 3% of sales as a monthly bonus.
