As the Lead CSR, you will serve as the face of our Burlington store, helping customers with their garment care needs while coaching and supporting fellow team members to maintain A Cleaner World's high standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly, maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and retention.
- Lead by example, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for both customers and team members.
- Train, coach, and support Customer Service Representatives to uphold company standards.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
- Oversee store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
- Support store management with operational initiatives and goals.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
