A Cleaner World is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Lead Customer Service Representative to oversee daily front-counter operations at our Burlington location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

As the Lead CSR, you will serve as the face of our Burlington store, helping customers with their garment care needs while coaching and supporting fellow team members to maintain A Cleaner World's high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly, maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and retention.
  • Lead by example, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for both customers and team members.
  • Train, coach, and support Customer Service Representatives to uphold company standards.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Oversee store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Support store management with operational initiatives and goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
