Responsibilities- Warmly greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure a helpful and friendly experience
- Provide accurate information about products and services, guiding customers to the best solutions for their needs
- Promptly and professionally address and resolve customer concerns or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Drive the company van to deliver orders to customers’ homes as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required
Competitive hourly rates starting at $16 per hour.
