• Warmly greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure a positive experience
• Provide clear information about products and services, helping customers select the best options for their needs
• Promptly and professionally address customer questions, concerns, or complaints
• Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Drive the company van to deliver orders to customers’ homes as needed, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required

Hourly pay starting at $15 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance and experience.

• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
• Work Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required
