Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience
- Provide information about products and services, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Drive the company van to deliver orders to customers’ homes as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required
