Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails
- Guide customers to the best solutions by answering questions about our products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations tactfully
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a customer service or related role is preferred but not required
Job Details
- No experience necessary, we provide training
- Flexible scheduling available
- Workdays are Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off
- No late evenings, as we close at 6PM
