Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Ensure all assigned areas meet company quality standards
- Complete all cleaning duties listed on the site-specific checklist
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior while on client property
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long periods
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must carry personal vehicle insurance (no company vehicles are provided)
Compensation & Schedule
- Part-time, paid per job/account
- Starting pay equivalent to $16/hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance, including an pay increase at 90 days with consistent performance.
- Flexible scheduling — most work is evenings and weekends
