We offer paid training.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that each home is left in pristine condition. Employees will work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality cleaning services, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure a spotless environment.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
• Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote a healthy living space.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific cleaning needs, and addressing any special requests.
• Manage residential cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.

Experience

• Previous residential cleaning experience is a must. We also do post construction, and Airbnbs.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or housekeeper management provides valuable skills applicable to this role.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and products such as vacuums, and disinfectants.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills ensures positive interactions with clients.

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a spotless environment
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care
• Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting surfaces and fixtures
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs
• Utilize floor care techniques to keep carpets, hardwood, tile, or laminate flooring looking their best
• Follow safety protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks to promote a healthy living space for clients
• Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards across all homes

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles, with knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and tools
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Familiarity with floor care methods including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types
• Ability to perform sanitation duties effectively in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
• Experience with laundry services—washing, drying, folding—and managing household linens
• Knowledge of custodial practices from hotel or commercial cleaning environments is a plus
• Basic cooking skills are beneficial for understanding household routines but are not required for the role
