We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner /Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that each home is left in pristine condition. The House Cleaner will work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality cleaning services, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential/commercial areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness.
- Sanitize high-touch areas to promote health and safety within the home.
- Provide custodial services that include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing spaces.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as required, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation if requested by clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
