Duties
- Supervise and engage PreK and Afterschool children (ages 3 –11) during afterschool hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Full-Time*) or 12:30–6:00 PM (Part-Time)
- Implement activities and daily routines aligned with our program schedule
- Support children with homework and enrichment activities
- Communicate warmly with parents during pick-up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom
- Follow all Florida DCF health, safety, and ratio requirements

*Full Time employees have Kitchen and Transportation responsibilities, we are happy to discuss in details if interested.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, camp, or youth programs.
- We are willing to train the right person and support your professional growth, including help with credentials and DCF training hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CDA, FCCPC, or ECE coursework preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18 and able to pass a Level 2 background check
