What You’ll Do:
- Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment for young children.
- Communicate with parents and caregivers to provide insight into their child’s growth and development.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s learning milestones.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to ensure a high-quality early childhood education experience.
- Support children with diverse learning needs and implement behavior guidance strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- EDU 119 (Intro to Early Childhood Education) is required. However, if you have not yet completed the course, we are happy to discuss options for enrollment.
