What You'll Do:
As a Lead Teacher, you'll create a warm, engaging classroom that supports every child's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Using our parent communication app to share photos, updates, and learning highlights
- Building positive, professional relationships with families
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Supporting each child's growth through individual assessments and biannual conferences
- Being an active, energetic presence in the classroom (lifting, playing, and engaging with children daily)
What We're Looking For:
- CDA Credential or at least 6 college-level Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Previous childcare or teaching experience preferred
- A positive attitude, patience, and passion for early learning
