- Sufficiently mobile to ensure the safety of students.
- Ability move and stand for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to move items around as needed.
- Ability to understand written instructions and checklists
- Effectively communicate needs to Administration
- Performs other related duties, as assigned by the administrative team, to ensure the efficient, effective functioning of the school environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous custodial and grounds experience required
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable squatting, twisting, bending, and kneeling while using tools and performing maintenance tasks
- Possess working knowledge of the methods, techniques, and materials used in custodial work
- Ability to climb ladders and work from heights
- Familiar with operating, caring for, and storing custodial equipment and supplies
