About Us We're a growing 10-person private label candle manufacturer looking for an energetic, hands-on leader to become our right hand in daily operations. No prior candle or manufacturing experience needed, looking for an enthusiastic person willing to learn that can help grow the business and drive operations.
The Role Looking for a true right-hand person to help run the business. We need someone that can wear many different hats from talking to customers, admin support, coordinating with team members, and checking quality of product. You'll be the hub connecting our customers, production team, and supply chain while keeping everything running smoothly. This isn't a desk job – you'll be in the mix, giving direction to our candle makers while also managing the customer experience from order to delivery. The role gives a lot of freedom to make it your own and can make what you want of it. Substantial opportunity for growth in both pay and responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications (phone and email) with professionalism and care
- Oversee order flow from placement through fulfillment
- Coordinate production schedules and direct team efforts across different projects
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Process customer invoicing
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail in finished products
- Jump in to help pack, label, and make candles during busy periods

What We're Looking For
- At least a little computer savvy with strong organizational skills
- Natural communicator who can switch between customer service and team leadership
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain quality standards
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
- Comfortable in a hands-on manufacturing environment

- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills
- Marketing or sales experience
- Computer savvy
