The Customer Service Department is currently seeking two part-time Customer Service Representative. This is a non-exempt position with a variable schedule of 20-29 hours per week. Flexible availability is required, including evenings and weekends, with additional hours as needed.
:
· Answer incoming calls and assist customers with general inquiries
· Process internet and special orders, including data entry and record keeping
· Assist customers at the Will Call window with POS transactions and order pick up
· Maintain reading group sign-ups and monthly titles
· Track and manage transfers and maintain logs
· Respond to voicemails and communicate employee call outs
· Maintain organized records for special orders, gift cards, and merchandise credits
· Assist with promotions, pre orders, and follow up
· Provide coverage on the sales floor and POS as needed
· Support general department organization, shelving, and go backs
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with POS systems and general office tasks preferred
· Must have excellent document management experience, including accurate data entry and record keeping
· Comfortable using Google Docs, Excel, and similar systems
