Seeking DSP staff to work ON CALL OR PART TIME **** Providing person centered supports to an individual in their home and community.
*Looking to recruit caring, dependable, proactive individuals to provide support to people with disabilities in their homes.*

A minimum of 6 months experience working with people with disabilities and/or aging. However, we are willing to train the right person.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to work legally in the United States
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Job duties include but not limited to: Monitor the person being supported to ensure safety in all aspects of their lives (medical, health, behavioral)
- Help implement the person supported Person Centered Plan.
- Ensure that person being supported rights and dignity are respected.
- Assist the person being supported with their personal care such as; toileting, feeding, showering, grooming, etc.
- Drive personal vehicle to transport persons supported to activities, doctor appointments, their families house, etc.
- Promote community inclusion, self-determination and self-sufficiency in those being supported through personal interactions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- New Market, MD 21774: Relocate before starting work (Required)
