What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you'll install complete heating and cooling systems in residential homes while ensuring every project meets manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and A/C Solutions' high standards for quality. You'll replace existing systems, install new furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment while maintaining organized and safe job sites throughout each installation.

You'll perform system start-ups, verify proper operation, complete final testing, and ensure customers understand the operation of their new equipment before leaving the job. You'll also work closely with teammates, communicate with homeowners professionally, maintain accurate installation documentation, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced HVAC installation professionals with strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems, ductwork installation, equipment replacement, and system start-up procedures. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team while maintaining a high level of workmanship and attention to detail.

EPA Certification is required. Applicants should possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, a strong work ethic, and the ability to safely lift equipment and work in physically demanding environments. Successful candidates are dependable, customer-focused, safety-conscious, and committed to continuing their professional growth within the HVAC industry.

Schedule

Monday through Friday with a typical schedule of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Start and end times may vary depending on installation schedules and customer needs.
