What You'll Do
As a Residential HVAC Installation Technician, you'll install heating and cooling systems, ductwork, and accessories to company standards while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
What We Offer
- $27.00-$35.00 an hour based on experience
- Spiffs, performance bonuses, and total compensation potential of $100k-$120k annually

What You Bring
- HVAC installation experience (residential systems and ductwork)
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving history
- Ability to follow safety standards and installation codes
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments
- Willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
Schedule
Monday-Friday, typically 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, flexible scheduling based on jobs
