• Saturday: 12am–8am, 8am–4pm, 4pm–12am
• Sunday: 12am–8am, 8am–4pm, 4pm–12am

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour (based on qualifications)

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and highly attentive Security Guard to provide weekend coverage for a gated residential community in Melville, NY. The ideal candidate is observant, well‑presented, and able to maintain a calm, confident presence while interacting with residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure all community access points.
• Verify visitor and delivery credentials (photo ID required).
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, guests, and delivery personnel.
• Document daily activities, visitor logs, and delivery records with accuracy.
• Report any concerns or incidents to supervisors and the HOA board.
• Respond to situations professionally and in accordance with community protocols.
