A&C is hiring Home Care Staffing Coordinators. Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that the staff deliver high-quality and personalized care to clients

• Recruiting, training and supervising staff and communicating the needs of clients to Nurses

• Ensuring health and safety compliance

• Liaising with local community organizations and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders

• Ensuring that all activities such as personal care meet the required standards

• Preparing reports related to the progress of clients

• Planning and utilizing resources and staying updated with the clinical knowledge to ensure that clients receive the best care

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with different kinds of people

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports

• Passion for helping people and providing personalized care

• Strong leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate others

• In-depth understanding of the organization's policies and medical regulations

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for clients

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time

Experience requirements

• Prefer candidates with work experience in home health care

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00/hour
