Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Inside Sales to join our fast-paced pest control office. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers while actively driving sales, following up on quotes, and closing service agreements. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking on the phone, solving problems, and earning commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Sales:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both a sales and customer service capacity.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate pest control solutions.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed established sales goals.
  • Follow up on prior quotes and verify completion of agreements.

CRM & Administrative Support:
  • Prepare and send proposals using the company CRM.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
  • Review and reconcile sales reports for accuracy.

Business Development:
  • Proactively source new sales opportunities.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and service excellence.

Team Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Support company goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:
Education:
  • GED or equivalent required.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
  • 3–4 years of stable work history required.
  • Pest control or related industry experience preferred but not required.

Skills:
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to sell solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and scheduling tools.
  • Proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
