Right now we are currently hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to support our AT&T campaign in Macon, GA. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in sales while developing leadership, marketing and management skills in a structured, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Support daily sales operations, helping the team reach performance and marketing goals.
- Build strong client relationships through face-to-face interactions and prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Mentor team members on sales and marketing techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor overall sales and marketing performances to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop team skills and provide feedback, a core function of an Entry Level Account Manager.
- Participate in sales and marketing presentations, client interactions, and closing opportunities alongside your team, representing the Entry Level Account Manager role.
- Track sales and marketing activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Promote accountability and growth, guiding your team to build leadership skills for future advancement.
Qualifications we look for in an Entry Level Account Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is helpful, but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers face-to-face in a clear and professional manner.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve goals and contribute to team success.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
