WANTED: Experienced Construction Estimator (Drywall & Renovations)
Are you a detail-driven Estimator with hands-on experience in construction, drywall, and renovation projects? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our growing team!
About the Role: As our Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive project estimates for residential and commercial construction projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure budgets are realistic and profitable.
Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction and renovation projects. Perform quantity take-offs (drywall, framing, finishing, etc.) Review plans, specifications, and bid documents. Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and proposal preparation. Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Qualifications: Proven experience in construction estimating (drywall and renovations required) Strong knowledge of materials, labor costs, and building methods. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Proficiency with estimating software and spreadsheets. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities
