What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Development Manager position at A & C Development, Inc?
In need of a Development Manager that has MINIMALLY 5-10 years of (EXTERIOR) Hardscape Project Management experience, SPECIFICALLY WITH HARDSCAPE (concrete flatwork, walls, masonry, pavers, specialty finishes) and experience on Commercial, Class A projects. MUST have been directly responsible for managing multiple projects of $500k - $1mil each, and ideally over $5 million In aggregate annually. Landscape and irrigation is a plus. Ideally experienced with Procore, Autodesk cloud, or other similar software for General contractors in the Metro Atlanta area. Must have good transportation to and from job sites and office.
