The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Deskside Support Technician III. Ideal candidates must have 3 years of enterprise deskside support experience. Reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support at our Norcross office and support our upcoming office relocation to Alpharetta
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating system (Windows 11), network, mobile devices and across a range of applications while providing White-glove support
- Evaluate hardware to determine if it goes to new office or be e-wasted
- Lifting and moving of equipment up to 50 lbs. Tear down and setup of equipment
- Assist with support of our Credit team on site at Norcross while setting up new office in Alpharetta
- Set up employee workspaces, including laptops, desk phones, and conference room AV equipment. Need to be able to traverse stairs
- Experience using ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) to manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking
- Collaborate with network management teams to troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
Qualifications
Education:
- Associate degree - Required
- Bachelor's degree - Preferred
Experience Required:
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the practical application of systems and technology. This includes knowledge of systems architecture, hardware, operations and life cycle - 3 years
Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2025)
Office 365 products: installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Ticketing system experience - ServiceNow Preferred
- Troubleshooting LAN, Wifi, VPN
- Experience with Conference Room Technology and Smart Whiteboards - Preferred
Communication and Interpersonal Skills – Job requires partnership with all levels of the organization from personnel to executives. White-glove support
